South Australia has centralised their production for Meals on Wheels. The new kitchen will increase capacity and choice, with a focus on special dietary requirements and texture modified foods for regional branches.
Regethermic supplied the extended shelf life system which included mixer kettles, pump fill station and blast chillers.
