• The Retherma line is the flagship of the Moduline offering.
• In 20 years, the company has developed a range of regenerators to meet all needs, including 43 models equipped with three different types of controls.
• Their load capacity can vary from 4 GN 2/3 to 40 GN 1/1 for bulk regeneration, and from 12 to 126 dishes for regeneration of à la carte menus for ceremonies and events.
• Retherma allows you to serve dishes prepared in advance as if they had been freshly cooked: their appearance, consistency, aroma, and taste make a real difference.
• In addition, regeneration can be carried out with any container for each application and for any type of audience, from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 500 people per cycle.
• Retherma thus solves all the problems of storage, hygiene, availability, and product preservation in the kitchen.
