Most popular version of Regethermic’s LLFF is the combination Cook Tank Tumble Chiller which slow cooks overnight at a consistently high standard and automatically chills casings or bags. The Tumble Chiller continuously chills throughout the day large batches of pumped product in bags.

One of the key components in this process is the patented Emulsifier/Homegeniser. It delivers a high-speed shear to reticulate cooked liquids from, and the Regethermic Emulsifier guarantees semi liquids consistency in both blend and texture.
