The introduction of the Regethermic Long Life Fresh Food process (LLFF) has revolutionised food production.
With over 50 years of experience in cook-chill, Regethermic has developed its innovative long life fresh food processes through continuous feedback from over 2,000 cook-chill clients from every sector of the industry.
What does it do?
The Long Life Fresh Food (LLFF) process is an ultra-rapid and centralised Cook & Chill production process. It provides a highly adaptable, scalable, and streamlined solution for processing a wide range of food products. From soups and sauces to dairy, meat, poultry, fish, rice, pasta, vegetables, dressings, dips, desserts, and preserves, LLFF delivers significant reductions in processing times while saving labour costs.
How does it work?
The LLFF process consists of cooking, pasteurizing, homogenising or emulsifying, chilling, mixing, pumping, filling and packaging to achieve an extended Shelf Life of between 30 days to 60 days.
