NON-STOP FRESHNESS

Idromatic is the continuous vegetable spin dryer designed to dry large quantities of vegetables (400 to 1,000 kg/h) in a fully automatic cycle and without wasting a single leaf of even the most delicate products, delivering savings on labour and condiments as well as ensuring a longer shelf life.

Every processing cycle, which lasts 1 or 2 minutes, comprises a sequence of steps programmed by the PLC. So weighing, loading, drying and discharging take place continuously, without any manual intervention.

Rugged, reliable and made of AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, the Idromatic spin dryer is designed to withstand continuous heavy-duty operation, as required by industrial food production and Fourth-range processing plants.

The Idromatic spin dryer can be combined with the motorized sorting table, the Stripper II cutter and the Atirmatic vegetable washer, as the final appliance in a fully automatic continuous vegetable processing line.

Features:

  • Control board equipped with PLC, adjustable according to the kind and quantity of vegetables. Low voltage (24 V) control board. Protection degree against humidity IEC529: IPX5
  • Safety devices on conveyor belts and on lids.
  • Automatic air detaching system for remaining leaves
  • Bearing frame, paneling and hopper made of satin-finished stainless steel 18/10
  • Drum made of AISI 304 stainless steel
  • Anti-vibrating rubber feet
  • Product loading and unloading belts made of food-grade plastic, complete with bearing frames with wheels (two of them with brake)
  • Loading cell for the weighing of inlet product
  • Fully inspectional for cleaning
