Speedy Cutter is an essential appliance for every kitchen, as it can perform a large number of basic preparation functions quickly and to a high standard, including chopping, grating, mincing, blending, homogenizing and mixing both dry and liquid or juicy products. Speedy Cutter enables the production of mayonnaise, pâté, pesto, humus, sauces, minced meat or nuts, fillings, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, puréed vegetables, chopped mixed vegetables, and many other products, with the greatest ease. It operates through the effective action of the twin-bladed knife-group, at two speeds (1,400 and 2,800 rpm). All processes are completed from just 20 seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes, with impressive time and labour savings.

The lid, with airtight seal, has a filler hole to enable ingredients to be added during processing. When the job is done, the bowl can simply be tilted to discharge the product.

Speedy Cutter is safe thanks to safety interlocks on lid opening and bowl tilting.

Available in four models with a loading capacity of 23, 32, 60 and 120 litres, Speedy Cutter meets the production needs of kitchens, meal production centres, delicatessens and industrial food processing plants.
