An essential component of the Long Life Fresh Food (LLFF) process for texture modification of wet pumpable products is the Regethermic in line Emulsifier and Homogeniser self agitating mixer kettles. The Regethermic in line Homogeniser and Emulsifier is designed for a wide range of product including soups, sauces, gravies, custards etc.

The use of Regethermic in line commercial homogenizer significantly reduces processing times while delivering a high quality homogenous product for pumping. The Regethermic Emulsifier and Homogeniser guarantees consistency in both blend and texture.
Once modified the blended product can flow directly to the Pumpfill station or from filler to be bagged.
