The Long Life Fresh Food process (LLFF) with the use of the combination cook tank & tumble chiller facilitates the sous vide cooking and chilling process. Cooking under vacuum in pouches (Sous Vide) in a regulated water bath at a low-temperatures, over an extended period, produces results that are impossible to achieve through other cooking methods.

The combination Cook Tank & Tumble Chiller helps you achieve your culinary targets, whilst maintaining long shelf life. This versatile solution is available in Cook Tank & Tumble Chiller, Tumble Chiller or Tumble Cook Tank versions.
