The Long Life Fresh Food process (LLFF) with the use of the Cook Tank & Tumble Chiller facilitates Sous Vide cooking and chilling process. Cooking under vacuum in pouches (Sous Vide) in a regulated water bath at a low-temperature, over a long-time, produces results that are impossible to achieve through other cooking methods.

The Cook Tank & Tumble Chiller is available as Cook Tank or Tumble Chiller version or as a combination of both with the option of being electric heated or steam heated. The combination Cook Tank can process meat, poultry, sea food, tender and tough cuts as well as vegetables and deserts. In Tumble Chill Version, hot pumped product in casings is chilled from 90˚C to 3˚C in 45 to 60 mins.

The Hot or Cold Mobile Pump Fill Station:

Designed with ergonomics in mind the Regethermic Mobile Pump Fill Station offers flexibility for hot and cold filling applications. It fills Hot or Cold casings, bags or dishes which then move up the production line to the Tumble Chiller for rapid chilling. A key feature on the pump station is the auto adjustable bagged volume while offering full temperature monitoring with heat sealing or clipper options available.

The Hot or Cold Vertical Form Filler

Designed for rapid fillings of casings, the Regethermic Hot or Cold Vertical Form Filler is an essential component for larger operations. It fills bags at a rapid speed, automating a critical part of the production process. Fully automated filling, designed for hot or cold fill applications, this mobile unit offers direct printing, full temperature monitoring and adjustable bag size. 10-30 bags per minute.

Vertical Form Filler Features:

  • The Vertical Form Filler is designed for high speed bag filling direct from larger size vessels
  • Casings are formed from a continuous flat ream that reduces overall costs of bags
